Event Applications

The Gloucester Docks Estate Company Limited allow a limited number of public events to take place on the Estate under management, for which a charge may be levied.

Anyone considering holding an event on the estate should download and complete the event application form and also outline the area in red that is proposed for the event.

These should then be emailed to along with copies of the public liability insurance in place for the event operators, along with any site specific information they consider relevant in assisting the Directors in making a decision about the event proposal.

Further details may be required following any application. Until applications have received formal agreement and a license has been issued and signed, event organisers should assume that permission has not been granted. The Directors decision is final.
