A brief summary of the general rules are as follows:

1. A 30-minute grace period for loading and unloading applies to all site users. Return not allowed within 2 Hours.
2. Contractors will be required to unload, within the 30-minute grace period and move their vehicle to an appropriate car park.
3. Requests made by contractors will not be accepted and will instead need to be made by the instructing resident or business owner.
4. Parking to assist with residential removals are permitted but the vehicle registration details must be submitted to info@glosdocks.co.uk at least 48 hours before the requested date. Any requests that fall outside of this time frame will not be authorised and the 30-minute grace period will apply.
5. Loading and unloading permissions will only be given between the hours 7am – 9pm to prevent any disruption to onsite residents.
6. Gloucester Docks is a private estate and disabled drivers are not able to use their blue badges to park anywhere, apart from designated car parks.
