Italian Automoto Festival – Sunday 11th May

Gloucester Docks are thrilled to be hosting an Italian vehicle showcase at the historic Gloucester Docks — a new chapter for our events at this stunning location. Stretching from the iconic Mariners Church to the Soldiers of Gloucestershire Museum, this picturesque waterfront setting offers an unforgettable backdrop for the display of Italy’s finest automotive creations.

Gloucester Docks is brimming with things to see and do. Just a short walk from the heart of the city, it holds the title of the UK’s most inland port. It’s a perfect destination for a family day out — with atmospheric Victorian architecture, boutique outlet shopping, charming cafés, and engaging museums all waiting to be explored.

Discover the story of the waterways at the National Waterways Museum, which brings to life over two centuries of canal and dock history. Or visit the Soldiers of Gloucestershire Museum to explore military exhibits, from uniforms to a detailed First World War trench reconstruction. Love to shop? Head over to Gloucester Quays and browse more than 50 designer and lifestyle stores — whether you’re looking for fashion, homeware, or a little something special, you’re sure to find it.

Exhibitors will also receive special discounts at a variety of food outlets in the Gloucester Food Dock. While we have a generous display area, space is still limited — we encourage early registration to guarantee your spot. Please remember, this is an event exclusively for Italian vehicles. If your vehicle does not meet this criteria, please refrain from booking an exhibitor pass.

A quick reminder: the Docks have recently undergone repaving. To protect the new surface, we kindly ask all participants to ensure no fluids leak from their vehicles. If needed, please bring a drip tray or cardboard. We will also have a limited number of trays available on the day.
