Tour of Britain Stage 7 finish – Saturday 9th September 2023

The Tour of Britain, the UK’s most prestigious cycle race, comes to Gloucestershire this September for stage seven of the 2023 race, between Tewkesbury and Gloucester.

Over 100 of the world’s top professional cyclists will be racing in stage seven of the Tour of Britain on a 170-kilometre (105-mile) route through Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire. The picturesque route will take in the Cotswolds, showing off the beautiful scenery. Stage seven will pass through Cleeve Hill, Winchcombe, Cirencester and Tetbury, before Chipping Sodbury and Yate mark the most southerly points of the leg. Heading back towards the finish the riders will take in Wotton-under-Edge, Dursley and Stroud, with a series of testing climbs likely to influence who wins the stage alongside the historic Gloucester Docks.

The finish will be in Southgate Street, opposite Southgate House.
