Tall Ships Festival 3rd June 2022 to 5th June 2022

ASH have been working with Richmond Event Management and C&S Security in regard to the above event, which is soon to return to the Docks.

They have been on site recently, delivering a briefing note and update, which provides useful information for everyone. We have added a further copy below, for those who may have missed that.

Dear Docks Resident,

Gloucester Tall Ships Festival is taking place on Friday 3% June — Sunday 5″ June this year.
The build for the event will begin on Monday 30th May in Orchard Square, Victoria basin, Mariners
Square and the Main Basin. The event dismantle will be completed on Tuesday 7* June.
The Tall Ships will be sailing into the Docks throughout the week prior to the event.

This event is free to attend for general admission with boarding passes available to purchase at £5.00 for
adults, and children – under 5 years go free. These Boarding passes will give the purchaser on board
access to all tall ships present at the festival for a 2 hour period.

Access for residents to your homes is a priority for us, and we want to ensure that you can come and go
from the site with minimum inconvenience. If you have any queries about the event then please let us
know as soon as possible by email and we will help you to resolve any problems.

If you find yourself in any difficulty this year, for any reason, please do not wait until after the event. You can
either call us on the mobile number below over the weekend, ask a security member from CS Security Ltd
to radio through to event control or you can email event control. We are here to help.

If your parking is in the Barge Arm, West Quay, Pridays Mill car parks — access will be the same as usual for
you. If you park in Albert Warehouse, you will still be able to access your car park — however, please be
aware that due to the high footfall in Mariners Square, we will be providing a steward to walk in front of your
vehicle to clear the way and ensure that your path is clear.

Apart from access to the car parks, there will be no vehicle movement permitted on site between 10:00 and
18:00 Friday 3, Saturday 4″, Sunday 5* June. If this causes you any problem, please let us know and we will
do our best to help.

The event will run from 1200 — 1800 on Friday 3%, Saturday 4″ and Sunday 5″ June.
